This morning, Monday, March 28, 2022 AD, an agreement was signed in Aden for the purchase and supply of the money transfer system, between the Unified Network for Funds Company represented by the Chairman of the Board Sheikh Abdullah Muhammad Al-Basiri and the Edrut Technology Company represented by the Executive Director Mr. Waqas Mirza.

The signing of this agreement comes within the framework of completing the establishment stages of the Unified Network Company and launching its work in the near future.

 The signing took place at the headquarters of the Central Bank of Yemen in Aden, under the supervision of the Governor of the Central Bank, A. Ahmed Ghaleb, and the Undersecretary of the Banking Supervision Sector, a. Mansour Rajeh, who delivered a speech in which he congratulated the two parties on the occasion of signing the agreement, wishing them a fruitful working partnership. He also pointed out the importance of the role that the network will play in its effective contribution to achieving stability in the Yemeni banking market and urging them to abide by the principles of governance in accordance with international standards, stressing On the support of the Central Bank of the network in all aspects.

The inauguration of the signing was also attended by Sheikh Saleh Salem Al-Sheyouhi, Vice Chairman of the Unified Network Board of Directors, Hani Al-Roken, General Manager of Foreign Exchange and Exchange Affairs at the Bank, and Eng. Jassar Farag, General Manager of Information Technology at the Bank, and the Unified Network team.

Mr. Omar Ahmed Khan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Irvan, Director of Sales, and Mr. Danish Siddiqui attended on the side of Edrowit Technology, via video communication technology.
